Appearance

Stovoj is, by any measure, an enormous presence. With a body changed by dark and deadly experiments, he's as thickly built as he is tall. Though he moves through the world with a body built for war, there's a gentle heart beating inside that expanse of a torso.He is never seen without a wooden locket around his neck, his wedding ring, or an elaborate set of enchanted ringbands.

Voice

Stovoj's voice takes up as much space as the rest of him: his huge basso profundo is quick to offer a kind word or a hearty, rumbling laugh. His purr is low enough to be more heard than felt. He's often rough with his language, but that belies more honesty than brutality. It's vanishingly rare to hear an unkind word from him.

Personality

His boisterous personality and sheer scale belie a kind and sensitive nature. He's uncommonly gentle, empathic, and puts the needs of others before his own.

Biography

His time before Eorzea lives in his mind in grays and browns, ash and mud: the grime of pressed laborers, the boot on the neck. He scuttled through the quiet paths to class as a boy, avoiding Garlean patrols, and he was one of the lucky ones. Not even the students at his prestigious school were safe, even if they would be the adjutants who made sure the trains ran on time. Ultimately, the whims of the Empire had a different vision for Stovoj, one requiring his body over his mind as he was black-bagged just out of boyhood and subjected to the horrors of Garlean experimentation. Stovoj, through sheer dumb luck, survived. But he was forever changed.With his spiritual aether inaccessible to him and with a body infused with Voidsent essence, Stovoj has had to go to great lengths to adapt to his new way of moving through the world.
